First, take photos or videos of damage very clearly on the roof, as well as damage to product or equipment in his office.
Talk to your landlord, without a definitive decision or commitment that is your insurance.
If you are unsure or not satisfied, then talk to a lawyer about the damage. And by the way, if you go bankrupt because of this incident, the roof needs to be seen daily losses.
If you requested documentation of all calls or e-mails to the owner of the roof are made must be checked before they are set by the flooding, what to document it.
Take a look at "management law.com" for a referral to a lawyer.
I hope I've helped. I am not a lawyer, just a cautious person, me. Good luck to you.

Learn the lesson and get insurance next time. The owner is not responsible for their properties, you are. Stop complaining.
