London Broil Roast Am Going To Oven Cook London Broil Roast?

Am going to oven cook London Broil roast? - london broil roast

None of these roasts before cooking. I'm going to North McCormick Season Bag.
Want to know if this tender is a piece of meat. Can someone let me know what to expect?
Tender or tough Well, I'm stuck with the roast.

This is a difficult piece of meat. Uncooled Start with meat for one or two hours. They will do well with a range of about ten times, or use a meat hammer. Without med rare roast and let stand, cut against the grain. not so hard to court.
